Pacific Brands New Zealand were looking to maximise profitability within their retail channel. With 8 stores nationwide and an expansion plan, they approached The R Group to complete a review of operations, profitability and to critique their plan for expansion. After completing store visits, staff interviews and analysing their current and historical trading performance we delivered a benchmark model for their store network. Identification of strong and poor performing stores was achieved by creating a benchmark performance, highlighting a schedule of "Quick Win" initiatives to improve profitability.

The key deliverables from this piece of work enabled the management team to take proactive steps towards maximising channel profitability in a clear and concise format.
