JO DUNDON: BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER

Network Rail had committed to the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) into their UK business network. The business change objective was to ensure Network Rail people were ready, willing and able to make the operational and behavioural changes required to become 'World Class' operators.

Jo was responsible for the design and delivery of pre and post go-live communication to internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibility included the development of a 'world class' change team. Jo project managed the organisation design, capability standards, recruitment process and redesign of the change methodology.

The ERP implementation was on time with high user acceptance. The change methodology developed was documented as best practice for strategic initiatives across the organisation.
